Maintenance

All units are painted, maintenanced, cleaned and have the carpets cleaned before move in. 

Yes, we have maintenance on-site 7 days a week

Work orders can be submitted to through the resident portal. If it is an emergency, please call the office.

Work orders are taken care of in the order they are received, but emergency things do take precedence. 

No, maintenance staff do have access to keys for your unit and can get things taken care of without residents being present

Residents are responsible for contacting a locksmith to change locks and provide the office with a copy of the key.

Normal wear and tear (regular pictures and curtain hanging) will not result in charges. If there is wall damage from TV mounting or any other decorating, the cost of repairs will be billed back to the resident.

Yes, we are pet friendly.

$300 deposit, $300 one-time fee, $45/mo. pet rent

 Yes. The property does have breed restrictions.

We do have a small dog run area on the north side of the building.

 Fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and disposal are all standard

No, we do not offer furnished apartments. 

6 months is the shortest term offered.

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day!

Treadmills, elipticals, weight machines, stationary bikes

Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. There are deposits required to rent out the party room area.

Appointments are preferred, but we do take walk-ins if able.

Our office is located on the 1st floor of the building, just to right of the main entrance. 

Applications are all done online

Apps are usually approved within 48hrs

Deposit: $500 - 1month rent; prorated move in rent

Through our RentCafe resident portal on our website. 

Late fees are posted on the 6th of the month.

Yes, renters insurance is mandatory.

Lease breakage fee of 2 month's base rent amount

Guests are welcome, but must abide by all the same rules and policies as residents. Residents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests.

 $300 resident referral bonus after 90 days of occupancy.

The listed utilities below will be included in your rent: 
- Water
- Sewer
- Trash
- Gas

*Residents will be responsible for any utilities for which they receive a bill directly from the service provider. This includes, but is not limited to, electricity, internet, cable, and phone services.

 Residents are responsible for contacting Xcel Energy to set up their electricity bills. Water, sewer, gas and trash are set up through the property at move-in.
